Split PDF
Cut a document into parts: by ranges, every N pages, by file size, by bookmarks, by blank sheets or by text.
What the tool can do
- Six ways to split: your own ranges (“1-3; 4-6; 7-”), every N pages, by file size, by bookmarks, by blank sheets, by text on a page.
- By size: set a limit in MB (for example, for email), and the parts are chosen so that they fit within it.
- By bookmarks: each chapter becomes a separate file, and the file name is taken from the bookmark name.
- By blank sheets: a stack of documents scanned with separator sheets can be cut automatically. The separators themselves do not end up in the result.
- By text: a new part starts at the page where, for example, “Invoice No.” or “Certificate” appears.
- All parts can be downloaded separately or as a single ZIP file.
The file is processed in the browser and sent nowhere. The “by text” and “by bookmarks” modes only work if that data exists in the file itself: scans have no text layer.
Bookmarks and links between pages are not preserved in the parts.
