CSV ↔ JSON and Other Table Formats
Convert CSV to JSON and back, and also to SQL INSERT, Markdown and an HTML table. We detect the encoding and delimiter ourselves.
What the tool can do
- The delimiter (comma, semicolon, tab) is detected automatically; Windows-1251 files are read without garbled text.
- Correct CSV parsing according to the standard: quotes, line breaks inside cells, doubled quotes.
- Nested JSON is expanded into a.b.c columns; arrays of objects, arrays of arrays and JSON Lines are supported.
- The result as CSV, TSV, JSON (three kinds), SQL INSERT in batches of 500 rows, a Markdown table and HTML.
- Options for Excel: a BOM for Cyrillic, a semicolon as the delimiter, Windows line breaks.
- Preview: you can see which values were recognized as numbers, booleans and null.
The data is processed locally. Even files with hundreds of thousands of rows open without uploading to a server.
