Bring pages to A4, Letter or your own size, put several pages on a sheet or build a booklet for printing.
What the tool can do
- You can see at once which sizes are in the file: “A4 — 8 pp.; Letter — 2 pp.”. If the pages differ, they can be brought to one format.
- Formats A3, A4, A5, Letter, Legal or a custom size in millimeters. A page can be fitted entirely, fill the sheet with the edges cropped, or only the sheet size can be changed without scaling.
- Content scale in percent: reduce the page by 10% to get margins, or enlarge it.
- “Several pages per sheet”: 2, 4, 6, 9 or 16 pages on one sheet with frames and margins. Handy for printing slides and lecture notes.
- “Booklet”: pages are arranged so that after double-sided printing the sheet can be folded in half. There is a right-to-left option.
- Pages are scaled as vectors: text stays text, quality does not drop.
In the “Several pages per sheet” and “Booklet” modes, pages are placed as single blocks: links and form fields inside them stop working.
For ordinary booklet printing, choose double-sided printing with a flip on the short edge.
