HTML to PDF
Turn a web page, HTML code or Markdown into a PDF: paste what you copied from the browser with formatting, or upload a file. Text stays text, links are clickable.
What the tool can do
- Three ways: paste what you copied from a browser or Word (formatting, lists and tables are kept), type HTML code, or upload an .html, .md or .txt file.
- Text in the PDF stays text, not a picture: you can select, search and copy it. Fonts are embedded, and Cyrillic works.
- Supported: headings, paragraphs, bold and italic, colors, block backgrounds, borders, tables, nested and numbered lists, quotes, code, images and inline SVG.
- Links in the PDF remain clickable. Bookmarks are built from H1–H3 headings.
- Pages are split intelligently: a line, an image or a table row is never cut in the middle. Explicit CSS page breaks (page-break) are respected.
- If the content is wider than the sheet, the scale is reduced automatically. You can also set the scale manually.
- The preview updates when you change the settings.
This is simplified layout: gradients, shadows, rounded corners, animations and scripts are not carried over. For complex sites, it is better to paste the fragment you need or print the page to PDF from the browser.
Images from internet links are not loaded: the browser does not allow reading them from another page. Images inside the HTML (data URLs) work.
Scripts and external resources are blocked, and the content is sanitized before processing. Everything happens on your device.
